The User will attest to, in any case, about the veracity of the submitted information, giving PULLMANTUR the right to exclude registered services to any User who might have submitted false information, without having to face other legal actions.

Accepting the present General Conditions, the person interested expressively authorizes PULLMANTUR to send relative information about the services they offer.

In case of cancellation or reversal by the User of his or her given authorization to use his or her personal data, PULLMANTUR, S.A. will be able to resolve the rendering of its services, in case such data was necessary to provide optimal service.
